- Location Data Suburb and Province (used to route leads).
- Usage Data Website interaction and ROI calculator inputs. Data entered into our calculators is used solely for the purpose of providing results and is not sold to third parties.

Purpose Specification
We collect your personal information specifically to facilitate a service quote from certified professionals in your area. Your data is strictly used for this matching process and for occasional future service updates directly related to your initial request.
Data Retention Policy
HomePulse does not retain your personal data indefinitely. In accordance with POPIA guidelines, lead data (including names, phone numbers, and emails) is either anonymized or permanently deleted after 6 to 12 months, once the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled.

In compliance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), HomePulse maintains a PAIA Manual. A copy is available upon written request to our legal department at privacy@homepulse.co.za. Requests for information must be made using the prescribed Form 02 as per PAIA regulations.
